We offer standard plans that follow typical credit card and ACH data collection, verification, and approval. Additionally we have many customization options. Some or all of the outgoing voice messages and prompts can be customized from one of our professional multi-lingual voice talents, or you can provide your own recordings. Aside from the minimal account information required to complete a credit card or ACH transaction we can perform optional identity verification such as address verification – AVS, or CVV2 or CID. For data specific to your business, such as a customer identifier or account number, we can provide custom SOAP interfaces to provide realtime data validations or allow static data uploads such as a comma-delimited text file. This transactional data is available to view or export from our secure website. Transaction reports include such data as the DNIS, caller’s phone number or ANI, encrypted credit card or bank account information, transaction amount, and transaction date and time. Additionally if we collect any custom data that information will be included on the report.
